Deep Six Podcast 021: WrestleMania 33 Breakdown and Predictions

March 26, 2017

Episode 21 of the Deep Six Podcast is here, and this time around Steve and Matt are rejoined by the third member of the Deep Six Podcast team.  Yes, after a two-month absence, Dan is finally back with us to discuss the upcoming WWE Pay-Per-View spectacular, WrestleMania 33!

That's right folks, it's that time again as the WWE's biggest event of the year will emanate from Camping World Stadium in the heart of sunny Orlando, FL on Sunday, April 2nd!  This year's show will be headlined by matches such as The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns, Randy Orton vs Bray Wyatt, and Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg, but that's just barely scratching the long list of matches on the card!  So sit back, relax, and join us as the guys break it all down, and predict who they see walking out of O-Town with W's in the win column.

Deep Six Podcast 020: The Rock’s Best Friend, Shane Hartline

March 10, 2017

We've made it to episode 20 of the Deep Six Podcast, and it's quite possibly our biggest episode to date as Matt, and Steven, are joined by actor, producer, and comedian, Shane Hartline!

Shane talks to us about his time as a member the independent wrestling scene, what it was like to be on set with Alec Baldwin and Tom Cruise while filming for the 2012 summer blockbuster, "Rock of Ages," and what the process is for when it comes filming a skit for ABC's late-night show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

We also learn a bit about the three feature-length films that Shane has produced, "Skittin' Across America," "Skittin' Across America: Skit-A-Palooza," and "The Sluagh," as well as his month comedy show, "The Hopefully Chris Pratt & Shane Hartline Show," at iO West Theater in Hollywood, CA.

Deep Sports Podcast 005: Insert Witty Title About Being Back From Vacation Here

March 3, 2017

The Deep Sports Podcast is finally back with episode five! After our unexpected winter vacation, your favorite sports podcast is back to bring you more sports news and hot takes! This week's show sees your regular host, Matt Barnes, and Steven Spevak rejoined by previous guest host Robert "Black Meltzer" Duncan.

Matt, Rob, and Steven discuss a number of topics this week, starting with a wrap-up of last weekend's NBA All-star festivities from the Smoothie King Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana. From the game itself to the skills competition, the 3-pt, and the dunk contest, the guys cover the whole deal.

Finally, we welcome back Deep Sports MMA Correspondent Kyle Arenofsky back to the show to discuss UFC 208, current news in and around the UFC, and this weekend's upcoming UFC 209 event!
